For those of you that follow me on Instagram, you will know that I’ve just been on holiday to the South of France. I always like to have a look around the shops when I’m abroad as you always see different things to back home, and it’s nice to have pieces that not everyone else has.

I love handbags and they can transform an outfit. I have a couple of designer handbags that I love, but the high street offer so many fashionable options at great prices I just can’t resist!

This bag from Aldo is gorgeous! I fell in love with it the minute I saw it. I could just picture it with a jumper and jeans and some killer boots! I love the mix of red and pinks together and it comes with a black and gold shoulder strap too.

Im crushing on velvet at the moment, and there seems to be a lot of it around. I could have included so much more! I'm especially loving the new dark colours that are arriving in for Autumn/Winter.

I found these velvet sandals (above) in H&M, which are now reduced to £13.99. What I loved about the sandals was the heel, it wasn't too high which made it easier to walk in and relatively comfy.

I love to see velvet accessories mixed up with leather or lace for a night out, or dressed down with jeans for a fun daytime look.

If you have been watching my stories on Instagram, then you will know that I have recently bought myself a new toy! The new Nespresso Creatista Plus coffee machine by Sage has just made my mornings a whole lot easier. I love a coffee in the morning (who doesn't) it definitely wakes me up and I definitely become less grumpy!

The Nespresso Creatista plus enables you to easily create authentic top quality latte art coffees at home, thanks to Nespresso convenience and coffee expertise combined with breville automatic steam pipe. It features a premium stainless steel design and finish. It looks the bomb!

We bought our machine from Fenwick (linked) http://www.fenwick.co.uk who were offering a price match with another competitor at the time. I must admit the service at Fenwick was fantastic, they were very helpful and there wasn't a question about Nespresso they didn't have the answer too. They have a great selection of machines to choose from in all different colours too.

When you buy the machine, there is a free gift, which is the coffee pod box to keep all your different flavoured pods in. (above) You can purchase the pods here- https://www.nespresso.com/mobile/uk/en/catalog#capsules

There is a booklet you get with this, that gives you the descriptions of each type of coffee pod they do. My favourite at the moment is the Volluto. They also do de-caffeinated and flavoured pods too.

They are so easy to use, You pop the pod into the top of the machine, press the style of coffee you wish (latte, espresso, flat white etc) then press start. Simple.

Once your coffee is made, it will give you the option for milk. The machine comes with a barista jug for frothing the milk. The milk pipe is also self cleaning (which is a huge bonus) and the dial on the top of the machine also gives you the option of how hot you would like your milk.

I usually froth my milk twice as I like it quite thick. (Just my preference)

Overall I'm really pleased with this machine, the choice of flavours is excellent, there is something for everyone. If your thinking of buying a new coffee machine, I can't recommend this one enough, it has definitely enlightened my mornings.

I don't know any woman that doesn't love a bit of animal print. It's that item of clothing or accessory that brings the wild out in you. It makes you feel unstoppable, like you could take on anything because you have leopard print shoes on!

I recently bought a lovely pair of loafers and matching bag from Dune London, (above) and I'm completely in love with them. I will wear them with jeans and a crisp white shirt, or dressed up with black jeans, lace cami and leather jacket for an evening.

This black lace dress from H&M is £9.99 in the sale! It comes with an underdress that stops just above the knee, which shows off the lace over the knees perfectly. There was a good mix of high street and designer bits going on. I wanted to look chic but keep cool when I went into Cannes, so the first thing that I thought of was this lightweight drop waist dress from Moobou.
