Who doesn’t love an ankle boot? It has to be my favourite footwear. Flat, block heel, stiletto, casual or smart, I love them all.

My favourite pair from last year have to be a bright pink suede ankle boot that I bought from RIVERISLAND. They always get compliments whenever I wear them.

There’s so many different styles and colours around to choose from, I thought I’d pick some of my favourites. I always believe in buying quality over quantity and to stick to styles that aren’t going to date as you really want to be able to wear the boots year after year.

I went for a good mooch around Newcastle yesterday, on the hunt for some Camel coloured pieces for my post. Camel is such a great colour and looks amazing with leopard print, which is just about everywhere at the minute..

To me, it’s always been a rich colour. I remember the first item I bought was a classic camel Burberry scarf. It comes out every year and can turn a high street outfit into designer just by adding this luxury accessory. It’s been worth every penny as I’ve had it for 10 years and it’s still going strong!

Oh my, I popped into RIVERISLAND last week and I could have easily walked out with 10 items. I actually stood in the middle of the shop holding two jackets and a coat, deciding which one to buy and which one I was going to wear the most. It was a very stressful moment.

After much thought and lots of strange eye contact from the staff, I decided on the leather jacket (above) It’s such good quality and a great price compared to others on the high street. It was £120 and feels really soft, worth every penny in my eyes.
