I love fashion and I’m the first to admit that I like to buy something new every now and then. However, I’ve always kept my style pretty simple so only buy pieces that I know I will get good wear out of and can mix and match with items already in my wardrobe.

I love black, it’s my favourite colour. So I always try to add a pop of colour or print to my outfit. Take this dress (above) for example. It’s just a plain black dress but that leopard print pleating around the bottom of the dress just takes it up a notch on the fabulous level.

So, I’m waffling on a bit. I just wanted to put together some pieces that I’d seen recently that I think would work into your autumn/winter wardrobe and pieces that you can wear over and over again.

I’ve been seeing this Rust Red creeping it’s way into the high street. It’s not normally a colour I would look at, but when I tried it on, i really liked it. It’s a lovely warm colour and looks good with blue or black denim and this tunic dress looks great with a black leather biker and ankle boots.
